Books by the Banks returns to Duke Energy Center Saturday, bringing more than 100 local, regional and national authors to the city. Lucy, the mayor of Rabbit Hash, is the Paw-rade's Grand Marshall and awards will be given for best original, store-bought (eye-roll) and themed costumes.
