Movement is one of our first forms of communication. From the first year, children love to saw, rock, clap, crawl and climb. Stability and locomotor skills are able to flourish when children are offered any array of fun motor activities in an encouraging environment. Using music and movement, this fun-filled class will challenge every major muscle group, as well as core strength.
