FitFest is an all-day health and fitness fair to kick off the YMCA's Annual Campaign at the downtown Cincinnati Central Parkway branch. All are welcome regardless of membership at the Y! Events include an indoor triathlon, 3 on 3 basketball, 3 on 3 dodgeball, racquetball and table tennis tournaments, free health screenings, free fitness testing, and free yoga and Zumba classes and free nutrition workshops.
