Sacred Path- A Labyrinth Workshop

Deepen your spirituality with Tracy Jo Duckworth, a licensed massage therapist and certified Yoga teacher, and learn to use silence, guided meditation, prayer and movement to experience the sacred space of the Labyrinth. This Labyrinth is used to reconnect with one's self, access intuition and creativity, to integrate the body and spirit, and bring about intimacy and community.
