This “new parent” & baby musical yoga class focuses on strengthening the physical and emotional bond between parent and baby, with a special emphasis on "tummy time" activities that are fun and supportive of baby's core and motor development.  Each joyful class also features bouncing and rocking songs, wiggle and peek-a-boo games, and other fun rhythm activities that give your baby the chance to flex their brain and muscle power with every stimulating activity. Class winds down with a relaxing infant massage and a lullaby, while discussing the infant development topic of the day.  Registration required.   Birth to 9 months.
