Vegan Chili Cookoff

2-4 p.m. , Sunday January 29 | $10 entry. $15 tastes.

Imagine tofu, tempeh, seitan and textured vegetable protein starring in a chili Super Bowl XLVI gathering. Gather ideas, sample chili, show off your prowess (with at least one-gallon of chili) and win prizes. Up to 20 kinds of chili will be featured. Everyone who attends gets a ballot and votes in three categories. Online registration opens Jan. 2, 2012.
