Dee Felice Café serves up good food every night, and excellent live jazz Tuesday and Wednesday through Sunday. Specialties of the house are New Orleans-style dishes like creole gumbo, jambalaya, crawfish etouffe, red beans and rice, excellent fried oysters, and good steaks, too. Don’t miss the stuffed portabella appetizer — it’s practically a meal in itself. Another really nice thing to know about Dee Felice Café is that they voluntarily went smoke-free ahead of the recent county-wide ban, risking the wrath of the tobacco lobby to protect the health of their employees.
