The Second City was in town long enough to know they haven't come close to exhausting the material. Not to mention, between now and opening night, entire sports seasons will come and go, politicians will star on reality shows and streetcars may (or may not) be on track. Two stages allow the Playhouse to put on productions concurrently with a vast mix of comedies, dramas, musicals, classics, new works coming from Broadway and off-Broadway and new works on their way up.
