Price Hill Will calls for local artisans, art students and art organizations to get involved in the cultural heritage fest on August 28. Artists will be given a tent or table if necessary and encouraged to sell their artwork. All profits will be kept by individual artists as the city hopes to highlight the diversity of art from varying ethnic backgrounds.
