Wheel and Heel duathalon and Double Dam Regatta

This 5K run, 19K ride and another 5K run (yes, one after another) benefits the Great Miami Valley YMCA. At the same time, the Greater Miami Rowing Center is throwing a regatta stretching between Hamilton's two dams. Food and prizes are available and pre-race registration is recommended. Participants receive a free t-shit, refreshment and likely a charlie horse.
