Cincideutsch, a group of Cincinnatians that aims to promote modern German language and culture, is presenting the first ever, authentic German Christmas market on Fountain Sqaure: the Cincideutsch Christkindlmarkt. The market will be held during Macy's Light Up the Square and Macy's-DCI's Downtown Dazzle events, featuring the annual lighting of the Christmas tree on the Square.

Presiding over the Square is the historic Tyler Davidson Fountain, dedicated in 1871 to the people of Cincinnati.
