The winter months make me a bit reflective, and a nice glass or four of wine is perfect for those moments. Who better to spend an evening reminiscing with friends than the Wine Guy?  

I find myself wanting to dine casually much more often these days. I'm happiest eating at the bar with paper napkins, and if I don't have to dress up I'm pretty close to bliss.
