Disney Princess – The Concert

Calling all Disney kids and kids-at-heart: Cincinnati will play host to royalty with the return of the Disney Princess – The Concert tour in March.

The tour, which celebrates the music of Disney’s iconic princesses, will feature Broadway stars Lissa deGuzman (Jasmine in Broadway’s Aladdin, Wicked), Syndee Winters (Nala in Broadway’s The Lion King, Hamilton) and Anneliese van der Pol (Broadway’s final Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Disney Channel star of That’s So Raven and Raven’s Home). Adam J. Levy (Moulin Rouge, Waitress) and music director Benjamin Rauhala (Fiddler on the Roof, The Secret Life of Bees) will also join the tour.

Attendees are encouraged to dress up in their best royal attire for performances of 30 iconic Disney songs, including “Part of Your World,” “Let It Go,” “A Whole New World,” “Just Around the Riverbend” and “How Far I’ll Go.” There will also be new arrangements and song additions, including from some of Disney’s greatest heroes and villains. Larger-than-life animation and theatrical effects will accompany the music to provide an immersive audience experience.

Disney Princess – The Concert kicks off its 39-city run in Memphis, Tennessee, March 5 and will appear on the Taft Theatre stage in Cincinnati on March 8. Tickets go on sale Friday, Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. here.

Taft Theatre, 317 E. Fifth St., Downtown. More information on the tour: disneyconcerts.com.
