The Ryan Finley experiment appears to be over (for now).
The Cincinnati Bengals have announced that Andy Dalton will be the starting quarterback when the team plays the New York Jets this coming Sunday.
Backup QB Finley was named the starter on Oct. 29 — Dalton's 32nd birthday. Finley replaced Dalton for three games but was unable to stop the Bengals' now-historic losing streak. The team's 0-11 record is their worst start in franchise history.
