The Sharonville Convention Center (11355 Chester Road, Sharonville) will play host to the ChainWise Bitcoin & Blockchain Convention on Nov. 8 and 9.
Learn everything you wanted to know about cryptocurrency from host Jason Appleton, aka Crypto Crow, and a slew of guests.
Industry experts including Alex Mashinsky, the VOIP patent holder and CEO of Celsius Network, will discuss topics ranging from cryptocurrency law and artificial intelligence to beginner technical analysis and crypto taxes. The lectures on Friday focus on Business to Business crypto and lectures on Saturday focus on educating the "casual newcomer."
“Chainwise is about educating the general public in a way that will empower them to something that is changing the world under their very nose," says Appleton is a press release. "I missed the dot com bubble, the domain name bubble, etc. I got into blockchain because I recognized the use case and potential on a global level and it’s changed my life drastically. ChainWise is my attempt at turning that light on for everyone else in my Tri-State and you don’t have to be a tech head at all to understand.”
The tagline of the convention is "Come Curious, Leave An Expert." Tickets cost $20 per day and $39 for the weekend.
Events start at 11 a.m. Friday and Saturday with lectures and topics each hour until 6 p.m. There will be an afterparty at Galla Park at The Banks on Saturday starting at 10 p.m.
