Election Day (Nov. 3) is right around the corner. And electric scooter company Bird wants to make getting to the polls just a little bit easier.

They've introduced their "Roll to the Polls" program, featuring a special discount code offering 50% off on Election Day to U.S. riders.

“If voting is one of our most fundamental rights as citizens, then ensuring that riders have easy access to their ballot boxes is one of our most fundamental responsibilities as mobility providers,” said Rebecca Hahn, Chief Corporate Social Responsibility Officer at Bird, in a press release.

“Lack of access to transportation should neither prevent nor prohibit anyone from voting. Bird takes our responsibility to provide transport seriously, and we’re proud to partner with NABSA and Roll to the Polls to help make it easier for registered voters to make their voices heard this year.”

Bird will send out a reminder to vote on Election Day and the special code will be featured on the app.
