Frisch's Mobile Roller Rink

Frisch’s Mobile Roller Rink is rolling back onto Court Street Plaza for a short time this month.

The rink will be open from Wednesday, June 14 to Sunday, June 18. Along with classic roller skating, the rink is bringing out a new experience this summer, with it serving as a pickleball court during the day.

There will also be special events at the rink, including Skate Through the Decades Wednesday, Late Night Pickleball on Thursday, Funky Friday with DJ Diamond, skating lessons on Saturday and Father’s Day Sunday where dads and dad-figures get to skate for free with paid admission for a child.

Skating admission prices range from $2-$5 based on events and outdoor roller skates can be rented for $5, or you can bring your own. Pickleball courts cost $15 an hour to reserve. You can make reservations here. Walk-ups are welcome, but the rink only accepts cashless payments. Kids must be at least 5 years old to skate.

Pickleball at the rink is available 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday; 8 to 10 p.m. Thursday night; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday; and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Skating hours are 3-8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday; 4-10 p.m. Friday; 2-10 p.m. Saturday; and 2-6 p.m. Sunday.
