Jurassic Quest is coming to the Duke Energy Convention Center with all kinds of dinosaur-themed entertainment and learning activities.
More than 80 dinosaurs — life-sized moving, breathing and even walking dinosaurs — will recreate the Cretaceous, Jurassic and Triassic period via science stations, interactive experiences, fossil digs, videos, bounce houses, crafts, face painting, a petting zoo, dinosaur rides and plenty more.
Paleontologists worked with Jurassic Quest creators to recreate each dino to scientific, museum-quality standards to make this the largest and most realistic dinosaur event in America.
3-8 p.m. Friday (March 8); 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday (March 9) and Sunday (March 10). $22 adults and kids; $36 kids VIP; $20 seniors. Duke Energy Convention Center, 525 Elm St., Downtown, jurassicquest.com.
