The Cincinnati Nature Center is once again doing a holiday glow-up this winter with their Light in the Forest woods walk.
Now in its second year, this event takes over the grounds of the nature center and Rowe Woods with unique light displays and new installations "certain to capture the imaginations of all ages" from Brave Berlin (the team behind BLINK and Lumenocity), according to a release.
Brave Berlin co-owners Steve McGowan and Dan Reynolds said they worked in harmony with the forest while designing their original light art.
“There is an innate curiosity that we are born with that allows our imaginations to run wild,” McGowan said in a press release. “In this particular case, visitors will experience a series of magical moments as they explore and discover hidden natural mysteries along the forest path.”
The Cincinnati Nature Center says Light in the Forest will also include live music, shopping opportunities and a decorated historic home.
Tickets are now on sale for the show, which takes place 5-9 p.m. Wednesday-Sunday Dec. 1 through Jan. 2. Light in the Forest will be closed Dec. 24 and 25. Tickets are $12 for adults and $7 for children, with a $2 discount for members.
