The Cincinnati Comic Expo just made the dreams of every die-hard Thrones-er come true with the announcement that Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, aka Jaime Lannister on Game of Thrones, will be appearing at the Sept. 14-16 comic con at the Duke Energy Convention Center.
The one-handed hottie and sister-lover (spoiler alert?) is a fan favorite and now you don't have to wait until the final season airs in 2019 to see him (although the Expo has not released pricing for any photo ops, autographs, meet-and-greets, etc. with Coster-Waldau). If only they could wrangle Jon Snow...
Other attractive guests include Cobie Smulders (How I Met Your Mother; Avengers: Infinity War), with comic artists including Rick Leonardi (Marvel, DC) and Thomas Grummett. More artists, cosplay favorites and TV/Film stars will be announced in the coming months. But for now, rest assured the event is also bringing back its popular Geek Prom, with a Harry Potter-inspired theme: Midwest Muggle Fest, plus sci-fi speed dating, table top game play, costume contests, workshops, photo ops, nerdy clothing and accessories vendors and a strictly Star Wars Zone.
