Regardless of the current state of our economy and a worldwide pandemic, the real estate market doesn't seem to have slowed down. And many folks who already own homes throughout the Queen City have utilized their quarantine time to seek out inspiration on Pinterest, TikTok and HGTV to embark on small (or big) renovation projects.

And whether you're a homeowner looking for a little design inspo or a bit of a voyeur who wants to see how other people live, Northern Kentucky's Beyond the Curb series is returning to sate your home-touring appetite without ever having to leave your couch.

Due to COVID-19, the in-person tours will not be taking place this year. Instead, the Catalytic Fund — a nonprofit that specializes in financing and assisting with real estate development in Northern Kentucky’s urban neighborhoods — has has organized a 15-episode series of virtual tours showcasing some of the coolest and most unique abodes in Covington, Ludlow, Newport, Bellevue and Dayton.

This montage of historic homes, unique lofts and luxury apartments offers an intimate look at how different people have made their homes their own.

“This series is a great way to showcase a variety of interesting houses, condos and apartments in Northern Kentucky,” Jill Morenz, coordinator of the tours, said in a release.

The first three episodes of the series will be up and ready to view at beyondthecurb.org on Aug. 14. The following 12 episodes will be released one per week — every Friday — until Nov. 6.
