For all you cold weather freaks (like me) out there, the first snow of the season is about to fall in Greater Cincinnati — if it isn't already.
According to weather.com, we've got a Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 7 a.m. Tuesday, with 1 to 3 inches of snow expected in East Central and Southeast Indiana, Northern Kentucky and Southwest and West Central Ohio.
They say to plan on slippery roads and more hazardous conditions during the evening commute.
"Snow accumulations today will be mainly confined to grassy and elevated surfaces as pavement and air temperatures will start out above freezing. As temperatures drop below freezing, slick spots will develop on untreated surfaces," says weather.com.
[510 am] Rain has spread across the entire region with some snow mixed in for a few locations. The rain will mix with and change to snow generally from west to east through the day. Snow will occur tonight and taper off on Tuesday. pic.twitter.com/byAQrpiEuj
