Get those briefs ready for a good cause. Cupid’s Undie Run is an organized run to raise funds for research to end neurofibromatosis, a disorder that affects 1 in 3,000 children and causes tumors, sometimes visible, to grow on nerves throughout the body.
As the website says, co-founders Brendan Hanrahan, Chad Leathers and Bobby Gill founded the run in 2010 and “ran in their undies because those affected with NF can’t cover up their tumors, so they decided to strip down in solidarity.”
This mile-long run starts at Mount Adams Pavilion and ends back at the bar for a party. Runners can run in teams, with pals or by themselves and 100 percent of proceeds goes to charity.
Noon-4 p.m. Feb. 9. $$45-$50. Mount Adams Pavilion, 949 Pavilion St., Mount Adams, cupids.org/city/cincinnati.
