Jungle Jim's will be hosting a series of Facebook Live streams with the man, the myth, the legend — Jungle Jim Bonaminio himself — plus various experts from Jungle Jim's assorted specialty sections.
Things kick off 3 p.m. Monday, April 20 with Somer, the cheese expert from Jungle Jim's Eastgate. Somer will show viewers how to make their own "Movie Night Charcuterie" board at home, and Facebook viewers are welcome to interact and ask questions about meats, cheeses, etc.
On Wednesday, April 22 catch chef James Trent, executive chef for the Oscar Event Center, at 3 p.m. A press release from the Jungle says, "Chef James will be focusing on topics suggested by Jungle Jim's customers! Don't be afraid to add to the conversation."
The finale from 3-4 p.m. on Friday, April 24 will feature Bonaminio, who will be leading a live tour of the Fairfield market and telling viewers about its history and how he created the mega market and foodie paradise.
