The Beyond the Curb Urban Living Tour returns to Greater Cincinnati this September, welcoming all history and architecture aficionados, interior design enthusiasts and urban living lovers on tours of a selection of properties in Ludlow, Kentucky.
The tour takes place from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 22 and shows 12 properties ranging from luxury condos to century-old renovated homes, some completed and some still in progress.
The tour focuses on Ludlow, an eclectic river city located on the west side of Northern Kentucky, which offers a rich arts and music community, a variety of unique bars and restaurants plus a distillery, brewery and forthcoming bakery.
This will be the ninth installment of the tour series, which gives visitors an inside look at inspiration for an urban lifestyle.
Tickets are available for purchase online or at the registration table and cost $15 for early bird and $20 the day of the tour. Tickets include admission to the tour, entry to win the "Everything Ludlow" raffle basket plus free parking at nearby locations of the event.
Beyond the Curb Urban Living Tour is presented by KMK Law and the Catalytic Fund, a nonprofit organization that supports Northern Kentucky urban city developers with financial assistance for residential and commercial real estate projects.
The tour begins at Bircus Brewing Co. at 322 Elm St. in Ludlow, Kentucky.
