The City Flea Kids Market

The City Flea will be back at Washington Park this weekend, but with a tiny twist.

This Saturday's pop-up (10 a.m.-4 p.m. Aug. 7) will also include a special Kids Market featuring mini makers ages 4-14.

The City Flea has been a vital part of the small business community of Cincinnati for a decade, and the annual Kids Market has been part of that mission since 2016, offering local youth "a venue to showcase their wares, feel empowered, and for them to get an idea of what it's like to own and run a small business," says the City Flea website.

On top of great kid-made products, shoppers will also find the usual array of City Flea vendors, offering everything from artisan eats and apothecary products to vintage finds and potted plants. Expect music and food trucks as well.

Last summer, the City Flea had to cancel its in-person events between March and August due to the pandemic, opting to host virtual markets instead.

There are three more monthly markets left this year after this weekend — including a special Holiday Market — all at Washington Park:

  • 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 11
  • 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Oct. 9
  • 4-9 p.m. Holiday Market on Dec. 11
