The City Flea is adapting to the coronavirus pandemic and taking its May market online.
Basically, they'll be posting information about their vendors throughout the day and then collecting all of that into one story you can swipe through and shop. Posting starts at 10 a.m. and the flea says they have hundreds of booths lined up for a day-long event.

Our May 16th virtual market is really shaping up! If you missed it, we’re hosting an online market right here on Instagram showcasing an amazing lineup of vendors. We’ll be posting vendors “virtual booths” throughout the day and then saving the entire thing to a story highlight which you can scroll, swipe and shop through! It’s not how we dreamed of kicking off the 2020 season but we’re making it work. We hope to see you all (virtually) on the 16th!
In a separate Instagram post, the flea also says they encourage shoppers to "follow new to you businesses on their social media, comment and engage with them on their posts, etc."
They also want their vendors to get creative with their "virtual booth spaces" aka their Instagram pages and digital platforms.
"We are so excited to see how creative our vendors are going to be with their virtual spaces and while we know this isn’t ideal, we think it’s going to be a lot of fun! Mark your calendars," the post continues.
