The Hamilton County Fair Kicks Off Thursday with Wrestling and a Rodeo

The rest of the weekend promises main events like a Cincy Speedway motorcycle race, demolition derby and go-kart racing.

Rev your engines and get your 4-H Club ready: the Hamilton County Fair is back with a midway full of rides and games, livestock displays, arts and crafts exhibits, tons of fried food, giant tomatoes and all the other wholesome county antics you’d expect.

The 167th Hamilton County Fair takes place Aug. 11-14.

Gates open at 4 p.m., and, in true county fair fashion, the Broken Horn Rodeo kicks off the fair's Grandstand activities on Thursday, Aug. 11 at 7 p.m.

The rest of the weekend promises main events like a Cincy Speedway motorcycle race, demolition derby, go-kart racing and wrestling. 

Wander the grounds to find other activities like a petting zoo, live music and blue ribbon displays in the exhibition halls. 

The fair is open 4-11 p.m. Aug 11 and Aug. 12; 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Aug. 13; noon-10 p.m. Aug. 14. Admission is $10 (includes rides) and parking is $5.
