Hell's about to get realer.
Ahead of this Sunday's much-anticipated match against the Columbus Crew at Nippert Stadium, FC Cincinnati has a special offer for local soccer-crazy fans who perhaps stanned for the wrong Ohio team back before the Queen City had its own MLS squad.
Until 5 p.m. Saturday at the FCC's downtown shop on Fourth Street, anyone bringing in old Crew gear will get 30 percent off of their entire purchase. Sunday's game has been designated a "Blue Out," so grab all the blue merch you can get your hands on and save a few pennies for the post-game victory parties.
Sunday's 6 p.m. match is the second between the two teams since FC Cincinnati joined MLS. The first was two weeks ago in Columbus, in a game that ended in a 2-2 draw.
The Round 2 matchup will be televised nationally on FS1, the first of a trio of "Rivalry Week" games being broadcast on the network Sunday (Dallas vs. Houston and a match between L.A.'s two teams follow).
Better yet, get yourself a ticket and cheer on the home team in person.
