Ventriloquist and comic Jeff Dunham is bringing his cast of characters to BB&T Arena.

Dunham’s Passively Aggressive Tour features his handcrafted dummies like Walter the Grumpy Retiree, Bubba J the redneck, Peanut the purple creature and assorted borderline racist/non-PC characters like Achmed the Dead Terrorist and Jose Jalapeno.

Despite some pandering stereotypical humor — or because of it — Dunham has been called “the most successful comedian working in America” by The New York Times Magazine and was named Pollstar’s No. 1 comedy tour in North America for three years in a row.
