Cincy VegFest + Vegan Chili Cook-Off

Noon-6:00 p.m. June 10
Calling all herbivores: The fifth-annual Cincy VegFest is back, along with a Vegan Chili Cook-off. Enjoy a day of groovy live music, a pre-event yoga session, and plant-based food to munch on. This event will be held at Burnet Woods Bandstand from noon-6 p.m., with yoga sessions starting at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Plant-sourced meal options will be prepared and provided by a variety of vendors, including Essen Kitchen, Foodies Vegan, Like Mom’s Only Vegan and more. The vegan chili cook-off is calling anyone from home-kitchen gurus to amateur chefs to join the competition. Admission is free.

Cincinnati Ballet Bold Moves Festival

Cincy Beerfest

Cincy Beerfest is back for the second year of fun at TQL Stadium this Saturday, June 10. Try out hundreds of craft beers as Cincinnati breweries are coming to show off their best. Early admission ticket holders are given the opportunity to step onto the field level in front of The Bailey. Skyline Chili and Montgomery Inn will be serving up the food to soak up just a bit of the revelry from the day. Session 1 is from 1:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. and the second session is 7 p.m.-10 p.m. Tickets are on sale now, starting at $45.

Thespians unite! Know Theatre is back to present another year of the Cincy Fringe Festival. The Fringe Festival is Cincinnati’s 14-day summer theater party that celebrates acting, dance and music. This year’s primary lineup features a total of 31 productions (30 in-person and 1 online) and features new work from 15 local creators, 2 international artists from Australia and Japan, and 14 productions from across the country. The Fringe Festival offers special events, workshops, productions open for all-ages and Fringe “after-hours” — nightly gatherings in Know Theatre’s Underground Bar and Lounge.

Read With Me: A Children's Book Festival

10 a.m.-2 p.m. June 10
The Children’s Book Festival celebrates the treasure of learning and books with storytime hours, crafts, writing workshops and more. You can sign up for Dolly's Imagination Library (one free book per month until age 5), or take one free book home with you, thanks to the Adopt a Book organization. Street Pops will also be available on the lawn. The morning session (10 a.m.- 12 p.m.) is for ages 6 and under, while the afternoon session (noon-2 p.m.) is for ages 6-12, though kids of all ages are welcome at both sessions. Registration is necessary though admission is free.

Sayler Park Sustains

Sayler Park Sustains is an all-day event of music and education for those interested in living a more sustainable life. Sayler Park Sustains offers food trucks, craft beer and workshops about beekeeping, backyard chickens, veggie gardening, Ohio River ecosystems and more. Guests can also rock out to music by Mrs. Doyle, Rabbit Hash String Band, Whiskey Bent Valley Boys, Rae Fisher and more.

2023 Cincinnati Concours d'Elegance

The 45th-annual Cincinnati Concours d’Elegance is back to celebrate historical automobiles and motorcycles of all time. Over 200 premiere collector vehicles will be situated in Ault Park with a classic pavilion overlooking the show field. The event also includes an automotive art show, beer garden and brunch. The event’s featured marque this year is “75 Years of Porsche.”

13th-Annual Schwabenfest

5:30-11 p.m. June 9 and 1-11 p.m. June 10
Come on down to the Cincinnati Donauschwaben Society in Colerain Township for the 13th-annual Schwabenfest to celebrate German heritage with German bier, food, live music and performances by the Donauschwaben dance groups. Oktoberfest chicken dinners will be offered Friday night and whole-roasted beef dinners on Saturday night. Admission is $5 per person. Ages 12 and under get in for free.
