Head down to The Banks for the In The Street on Juneteenth Block Party. Hosted by Paloozanoire, an organization dedicated to supporting Black Midwestern artists and entrepreneurs, the block party will feature entertainment, fireworks, celebrations of the arts, food and more — all in the DORA district. The Cincy East Bikes, Brews and BBQ Trail officially launches on June 18 and offers the titular combination of food, booze and cycling (the exercise basically cancels out the carbs, right?), all compiled on an app that provides both destinations and discounts. The trail features 19 stops across Clermont County and the surrounding area including Little Miami Brewing Company and Pickles & Bones Barbecue in Milford, Midwest West Best BBQ and Creamery in Loveland and Fifty West Brewing Company in Columbia Township. The Cincinnati Art Museum is hosting "A Happening" at the Art Climb on June 18. Modeled after so-called "happenings" staged by the likes of Andy Warhol and Yoko Ono — which the CAM describes as "live, experiential art events designed to dismantle conventions and facilitate an atmosphere of creativity, self-expression and fun" — this fundraiser will include live music by Young Heirlooms and DJ Mowgli, as well as a performance by dance troupe Pones. In addition to entertainment, there will be food and drink. Everything is included in the ticket price and proceeds will help benefit the museum.  6-10 p.m. June 18.
