Gold Star locations are celebration National Chili Dog Day (which should be a citywide holiday in Cincinnati) with free cheese coneys.
On Thursday, July 26 diners will receive one free cheese coney with the purchase of a drink — specifically a regular-sized Pepsi product.
“The cheese coney is a staple in the diet of Cincinnatians, and we’re excited to celebrate the local favorite on National Chili Dog Day,” said Roger David, CEO of Gold Star, in a press release. “Cheese coneys are a favorite in our restaurants, and we serve more than 637,000 coneys each month, and more than 7,650,000 per year.”
