TravelPulse (some travel content website) named Cincinnati one of its top 20 wallet-friendly last-minute winter travel destinations.
And while we assume this list was made prior to this week's Polar Vortex, we'll take the positive nod.
The write-up claims, "Cincinnati is one of the most affordable cities in the country but visitors don't have to sacrifice on entertainment and festivity. From the Cincinnati Art Museum to the popular Over-the-Rhine district, travelers will find plenty of pleasant surprises."
Other cities on the list? Tucson, Arizona; San Antonio, Texas; Saint Louis, Missouri; and Orlando, Florida.
