From parks to breweries, spaces across the city are being utilized as free pop-up fitness destinations with weekly classes. Led by trained instructors and ranging from yoga to HIIT, dance and kickboxing, there's a class for every health-conscience, deal-seeking citizen of the Queen City.

Monday

Monday Workout: The Central Parkway YMCA leads this zumba/cardio kickboxing class on the lawn above the parking garage. 6 p.m. Mondays through Aug. 26. Ziegler Park, 1322 Sycamore St., Pendleton.

Monday Workout: Pure Barre leads a barre workout on the lawn above the Ziegler Parking Garage. 7 p.m. Mondays through Aug. 26. Ziegler Park, 1322 Sycamore St., Pendleton.

Yoga at Piatt Park: Led by TriYoga with LQ, these classes in Piatt Park are open to all fitness levels. Bring your own mat. If it rains, classes move to the TriYoga studio. 6:30 p.m. Mondays through Aug. 26. Piatt Park, 100 Garfield Place, Downtown.

Tuesday

Youngster Yoga: The Yoga Bar hosts this children’s yoga class held in the South End of Washington Park. 11 p.m. Tuesdays through Aug. 13. Washington Park, 1230 Elm St., Over-the-Rhine.

Smale Mind & Body: Ragga Fit: Led by NGOMA, LLC., this dance class combines cardio with Reggae/Afrobeat. Classes are held on the Schmidlapp Event Lawn near the Moerlein Lager House. 6 p.m. Tuesdays through July 30. Smale Riverfront Park, 166 W. Mehring Way, Downtown.

P&G Workout on the Green: Rooted Flow Yoga: Rooted Yoga hosts this class for all fitness levels. 6 p.m. Tuesdays through Aug 27. Washington Park, 1230 Elm St., Over-the-Rhine.

P&G Workout on the Green: Dance Fitness: This dance class for all fitness levels is led by MysFit. 7 p.m. Tuesdays through Aug. 27. Washington Park, 1230 Elm St., Over-the-Rhine.

Wednesday

Smale Mind & Body: Modo Yoga: MODO yoga leads this free class on the Schmidlapp Event Lawn near the Moerlein Lager House. Classes are subject to weather. 6:30 p.m. Wednesdays through Sept. 25. Smale Riverfront Park, 166 W. Mehring Way, Downtown.

P&G Workout on the Green: HIIT/Bootcamp/Triple Threat/Zumba: The Central Parkway YMCA leads this changing class. 6 p.m. Wednesdays through Aug. 28. Washington Park, 1230 Elm St., Over-the-Rhine.

P&G Workout on the Green: Barre: Barre 3 heads to Washington Park to lead this barre class. 7 p.m. Wednesdays through Aug. 28. Washington Park, 1230 Elm St., Over-the-Rhine.

Thursday 

Thursday Workout: Head to the lawn above Zieglar parking garage for this Yin Yoga class led by The Yoga Bar. 6 p.m. Thursdays through Aug. 29. Ziegler Park, 1322 Sycamore St., Pendleton.

Thursday Workout: Posh Fitness leads this bootcamp class on the lawn above the parking garage. 7 p.m. Thursdays through Aug. 29. Ziegler Park, 1322 Sycamore St., Pendleton.

Fifty West Thursday Night Running Groups: Runners of all ages and skill levels meet weekly for a 3 to 5 mile leisurely run around the neighborhood. Runners can win awards depending on how many meet-ups they participate in, including glassware, T-shirts and a party. 6:30 p.m. Thursdays. Smale Mind & Body: Barre Code Classes: The Barre Code leads this free class held on the Schmidlapp Event Lawn near the Moerlein Lager House. 12:10 p.m. Fridays from July 12- Aug. 9 Smale Riverfront Park, 166 W. Mehring Way, Downtown.

Saturday

Yoga Fit with Rooted Yoga: Learn yoga poses and cardio exercises at the Devou Park Band Shell. 9 a.m. Saturdays through July 27. Devou Park, 1 Bandshell Blvd., Covington.

Sunday

Getting Bent in Bellevue: Rooted Yoga hosts this class in partnership with Darkness Brewing near the gazebo at Bellevue Beach Park. 11:30 a.m. Sundays through Aug. 25. Bellevue Beach Park, 100 Ward Ave., Bellevue.

Sunday Sessions: This weekly fitness class is led by rotating instructors. 9 a.m. Sundays. 3 Points Urban Brewing, 331 E .13th St., Pendleton.
