With the holidays over and people feeling the effects of being cooped up inside, Riverside Food Tours has the perfect Saturday morning adventure to get you outside and moving as they take you around Cincinnati, stopping at various brunch joints to get your morning food fix.

The Cincy Brunch & Streetcar Tour is a weekly 3-hour tour that starts in the Northeast corner of Washington Park and ends at Findlay Market. In-between, you’ll follow a seasoned tour guide through the city while stopping at six restaurants to sample their best brunch options. The leisurely 1-and-a-half-mile walk will give touring foodies the chance to admire Cincinnati’s plethora of murals, old photos of the city and listen to the entertaining history of the very streets you’re walking on.

The first food stop features a hearty dish of scrambled eggs topped with chihuahua cheese, followed by a donut shop in the heart of Over-the-Rhine with 50 varieties of fried dough to choose from. On the way you’ll pass by one of the city’s biggest beer gardens back in the day and learn a bit about the corrupt politics of the time.

Next, the tour hops on the streetcar and heads to Findlay Market to enjoy a restaurant owned by one of the most popular chefs in Cincy. While at Findlay, you’ll get to try out two more eateries while learning about the oldest urban market in Ohio.

When the tour concludes, you can either stay and explore more of Findlay Market, or the tour guide will gladly bring you back to Washington Park — or point you in a different direction.

Tickets can be purchased online for $59 for adults and $49 for kids under 11 years old. Tickets include all food eaten on the tour and 20% gratuity for restaurant servers. Cocktails, beer, coffee or tea may be purchased but are not included.

Parking can be found underneath Washington Park with entrances on Race and Elm streets.

Masks are required and comfortable shoes and a water bottle are recommended.
