As the pandemic reaches new heights, our community's public health and safety have never been more important. And a new feature on the City of Cincinnati's 'Fix it Cincy!' phone app gives users the ability to notify the city when establishments are violating COVID-19 safety protocols.

The application, which is available on both Apple and Android devices, offers a streamlined approach to public service requests across city departments like Transportation & Engineering, Buildings & Inspections and Health. Requests are made via the app and are sent to the city's customer service system.

The app's COVID service option offers over 40 different violations to choose from, ranging from the entertainment, food and transportation industries to medical, office, personal care, retail, school and and more. Violation options including social distancing, masks and sanitation.

Users select the address of the offending business, the kind of violation and can upload a photo and details about what they witnessed.
