Starting at 7 p.m. on Friday (Nov. 9), Chase Public is hosting its final Response Project based on Folk icon Bob Dylan’s 1965 album, Highway 61 Revisited. At the free event, respondents will reflect on Dylan’s songs in any way they see fit, either musical performance, dance, a diatribe or tribute — the response is up to the performer.
Each performer has 10 minutes to respond. Performers include Rob Keenan, Yalie Kamara, Michael Molloy, Lacey Haslam, Freedom Nicole Moore and Dan Barger.
According to the post, "This program is excited to be a free-wheeling one of many which make up the third iteration of Pianist Brianna Matzke’s 'The Response Project' in which composers and filmmakers have been tasked to create responses to each track on the album.
