National Public Radio/Cincinnati's WVXU reporter and host of All Things Considered Bill Rinehart recently hopped on the Cincinnati subreddit to do an AMA (ask me anything) and it was interesting for several reasons — most importantly of which was because Rinehart finally revealed how he always, always knows what's in the road.

And if you thought you were alone in your rapt listening enjoyment of hearing Rinehart read — with his patented comic pause — the assorted things blocking Queen City highways and byways, you aren't. Is it a piece of metal? A recliner? Thousands of pounds of chicken tenders?
Several, as in many, many reddit users voiced their very specific love of this very so-Cincy radio experience. And asked him to answer the maddening question of how, HOW, does he know what's in the road?
