While on his daily rounds in Colerain Township, Rumpke Waste & Recyling truck driver Aaron Kinsel stumbled across an unlikely surprise.
After noticing something moving inside a backpack, Kinsel investigated the discarded bag and found a puppy inside.
The business posted about the discovery in a Facebook post on Jan. 27, stating that the 10-week-old puppy is getting the care it needs at a local veterinarian.
