On May 30, a new weekly music series at The Lowdown will launch. The new space — located in the lower level of Mount Adams 4EG club Hightail — will feature performances by a quartet of Ohio EDM DJs in the coming weeks.
The first Lowdown event on May 30 is set to feature Cincinnati’s Vusive. There is potential for further events, but as of now no further dates have been booked beyond late June. (The Lowdown is open exclusively for the EDM shows and not a permanent extension of Hightail.)

May 30 Vusive: A Hip Hop/Bass/Electronic artist based out of Cincinnati who delves into a live mix of synthesizers, drums, guitar, bass, violin, and soundscapes of various nature. He has supported various national acts such as Buku, Thriftworks, Russ Liquid, Freddy Todd, Desert Dwellers, Sixis, Ill-Esha, Random Rab, Yheti, Aztek, Tsuruda (and more). (Vusive on Soundcloud.)
June 6 VAANCE: An Ohio-based Dance/Pop/Electronic producer who is making waves in the dance music genre. VAANCE grew up with a passion for music but began his official career in 2013.
