Hamilton's Roll On In is expanding its offering with a craft beer and cocktail lounge this fall. They will celebrate their boozy new addition with a ribbon-cutting event this Friday, Oct. 25 at 11:30 a.m. at 102 Main St. in Hamilton.
Roll On In is a fast-casual sushi fusian spot featuring dishes like sushi burritos, tacos and donuts, in addition to hibachi bowls and appetizers.
According to a press release from the company, they will rebrand as Roll On In Craft Beer & Cocktail Lounge and will extend the beer selection they already have and add a cocktail menu. Guests can expect specialty crafted cocktails like the Blood Moon with Bacardi, spiked with blood orange and ginger beer, the Kentucky Bubbly, with Maker's Mark and apple, and the Orange Mint Cooler, a citrusy herbal cocktail.
The ribbon-cutting will be at 11:30 a.m., but the party will continue in the evening from 5-9 p.m. with $1 off drafts and mixed drink specials. There will also be a pop-up from Buzzed Bull Creamery offering both buzzed and non-buzzed ice creams.
