Celebrate South Asian culture by witnessing energetic choreography and dizzying footwork coupled with ear-worm melodies in the eighth-annual Midwest Dhamaka competition.

Every year, eight of America’s best Bollywood-fusion dance teams come to Cincinnati for a chance to win a Bollywood America championship bid (Bollywood America is the world’s largest fusion competition).

This infectiously rhythmic style of dance combines classic Indian styles with Western Contemporary, hip hop, jazz and electronic elements to create a captivating combination of sound and motion. Award-winning dance teams from Gainesville, Florida, Philadelphia and even Los Angeles will be showcasing their best routines one night only at the School for Creative and Performing Arts.
