ABC TV show Shark Tank is stopping by the Queen City next week in search of a diverse group of entrepreneurs. The show gives self-starters the opportunity to pitch their business ideas to a panel of successful investors.
As a part of its diversity tour, Shark Tank is working with local Values Partnerships to expand its list of entrepreneurial hopefuls for the 11th season. The social impact agency, which advises companies and organizations on issues like race and faith, is representing the show at its Cincinnati stop.
The casting call will take place 10 a.m.-4 p.m. June 25 at Rhinegeist Brewery in Over-the-Rhine. The goal of the stop is to give a voice to traditionally underrepresented communities and minorities in the business world.
Casting will be held on a first come, first served basis. Companies interested in pitching their ideas can register at sharktankdiversitytour.com.
