A self-congratulatory local tea party organization called the One Percent for Liberty announced nominees for its annual “Defender of Liberty” award to be presented at the COAST Christmas party in the suburbs. Most nominees are either directly affiliated with COAST or have said “freedom isn’t free” in public enough times in 2013 for everyone to know they’re serious about it. CINCINNATI -1
