Art: Brunch & Brilliant Brains at AEC

Your final opportunity to see photographer Peiter Griga’s QR-coded portraits of local entrepreneurs happens Friday at a closing reception for his exhibition QRtifacts at the Artisan Enterprise Cente

Your final opportunity to see photographer Peiter Griga’s QR-coded portraits of local entrepreneurs happens Friday at a closing reception for his exhibition QRtifacts at the Artisan Enterprise Center. Griga created alternative process photographs of area innovators from 10 tech startup companies including A Voice for the Innocent and We Have Become Vikings, that, when scanned from any smart phone, tell the company’s story via various media (video, music, etc.).

As an apt accompaniment to Griga’s work, the AEC will offer a networking brunch on site, hosted by Platform53 and sponsored by the Covington Business Council. Surrounded by Griga’s inspirational portraits, forward thinkers are encouraged to meet and discuss their ownideas for change in the region.

10 a.m.-noon. Free. Registration required. 27 W. Seventh St., Covington, brunchandbrilliantbrains.eventbrite.com.
