Beats Summer Music Series featuring Pierce Fulton

July 21 • Fountain Square

In the swelling tide of Dance producers with great ears, a metric ton of talent and the laser-focused potential to take Electronic Dance music to an exponentially higher level, few stars shine as bright as Pierce Fulton.

Recently spotlighted by genre bible Mixmag in their “Keep An Eye On” column, Fulton is one of the most gifted boardsmen among the Dance scene’s Nu Skool producers, an amazing accomplishment for the 19-year-old Vermont native. His recent remix of MYNC’s “Don’t Be Afraid” raised his profile immeasurably, while his signing with House juggernaut CR2 will expose him to an even wider audience. The debut of his monthly radio show for Sirius XM, Get Weird, is further evidence of his innate ability to identify talent in the burgeoning Dance miasma. The greatest weapon in Fulton’s sonic arsenal is his broad range of musical appreciation; the one-time prodigy conquered every instrument he picked up and he’s played in bands of every conceivable style, from Classic Rock to Metal to Reggae.

Pardon My French, Fulton’s recent bow as an artist, hit the Top 100 of the iTunes Dance chart within days of its release, and his unofficial remixes of Mike Posner and Diddy and Dirty Money have become blog sensations. But the full-time student isn’t ignoring his studies; Fulton cracks the books during the week and gigs on the weekends, although he’s making the most of his summer vacation by squeezing in as many shows as he can physically manage.

Experience the Pierce Fulton buzz; chances are you’ll be danced out way before him.
