If cats have nine lives, how many lives do the Lipizzaner Stallions have? The "World Famous" Lipizzaner Stallions World Tour gallops in for three shows, presented in the style of the Spanish Riding School of Vienna, proving they were worth saving not once, not twice but four times. These magnificent white stallions have been rescued from the exigencies of war on four different occasions — the last time, from almost certain extinction, in 1945 under direct orders from Gen. George S. Patton. Good call, Old Blood and Guts.

The Lipizzaner Stallions are bringing their luscious manes to the Bank of Kentucky Center to strut their aristocratic stuff up and down the arena. It'll be a show full of Levades, Mezairs, Courbettes and many more fancy poses. 2 and 7:30 p.m. Nov. 29 and 2 p.m. Nov. 30. Get details, buy tickets and find nearby bars and restaurants here.
