Remember the golden years of Nickelodeon? You know, Tommy Pickles, orange blimps, Ren & Stimpy, Stick Stickly, gak?
Well, just like No Doubt, the tattoo choker and Good Burger — thanks, Jimmy Fallon — ’90s Nick shows are making a comeback, too.
Taking full advantage of the cash cow that is Millennial nostalgia, The Splat takes over TeenNick nightly starting Monday, presenting a block ’90s (and early-’00s) programming from 10 p.m.-6 a.m. (there will also be content on apps and thesplat.com).
This means tons of ’toons like Aaahh!!! Real Monsters , The Angry Beavers , CatDog , Hey Arnold! , Rocko’s Modern Life and The Wild Thornberrys ; classic episodes of All That , Are You Afraid of the Dark? , Clarissa Explains It All and Legends Of The Hidden Temple ; even old-school commercials and promos from back in the day. Because you know you still want those Moon Shoes.
