Writer-director Malcolm D. Lee gathers all of the usual suspects from his breakout comedy The Best Man for a follow-up that reunites them 15 years later at a holiday gathering that promises to rekindle all of the drama from the first go-around. It looks like some unhealthy melodrama creeps into the proceedings here, but with a cast like this — Morris Chestnut, Taye Diggs, Regina Hall, Terrence Howard, Sanaa Lathan and Nia Long — you just know that this Holiday treat will end with good cheer for one and all.
